it’s hard to believe this hotel is new. first, the shower door fell off during my stay, which was just absolutely terrifying. also, there was no microwave! the fridge was a maze, seriously, i thought it was a puzzle. honestly, i expected a complimentary gift for this trouble but apparently, that's too much to ask for. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved that I could easily walk to Buffalo Bayou Park, where I enjoyed amazing views and peaceful walking paths, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making sure I had everything I needed for a memorable stay.

we had a fantastic 2-night stay at thompson! the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially marc and victor, went above and beyond to help us celebrate my wife's birthday. they decorated our king room with rose petals, lights, and had champagne waiting for us. it was an unforgettable touch!

Valet service was quick, with my car ready in no time, making coming and going a breeze. The rooftop pool provided stunning skyline views that truly enhanced my stay. I loved the portable steamer in the room. it made getting ready for meetings so much easier.

the suite was gorgeous, but no microwave was a bummer. loved the huge shower room and the delicious red snapper ceviche at the restaurant! great vibes from every staff member! ! 🌟
